EU Taxi Limited – Terms & Conditions
1 General
1.1 EUTaxi Limited (referred to in the agreement as 'we’, ‘us’ or ‘our') acts as a booking agent for third party United Kingdom licensed private hire / taxi companies (the "Supplier") who supply the transport service or airport connection. The contract for the provision of transport service is between you and the Supplier.
1.2 The UKTaxi.com website is wholly owned by EU Taxi Limited. Our registered office is at 2 Windmill Street, Valletta VLT1355, Malta and our company registration number is C 53265. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any booking, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations and you will be bound by them.
1.3 Your booking is deemed to have been accepted by EU Taxi Limited in Malta.
1.4 These booking conditions cover all bookings made through the UKTaxi.com website.
1.5 By ordering any services from our websites you are entering into a contract with the Supplier and not UK Taxi Limited. You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use as they apply to your order.
1.6 Please note that the contents of our website are aimed only at users aged 18 and above. You must be 18 years or over to purchase the Service, using the payment method displayed on our website.
1.7 Neither we nor the Supplier accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. not enough time allowed for the journey, traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
1.8 Please also note that as you are contracting directly with the Supplier you may also be bound by their terms and conditions of booking. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then regrettably you may not place order via our website.
2 Ordering
2.1 All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of your departure.
2.2 Travelling to the Airport – We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 – 3 hours prior to flight departure and to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport. Our website provides an estimate of your journey time. This can only be used as a guide, as it does not account for any possible delays.
2.3 Travelling from the Airport – Neither we nor the Supplier, know your personal circumstances in terms of luggage nor immigration delays unless you inform us. An EU National without any checked in luggage (hand luggage only), can clear customs and passport control, be in the arrivals hall meeting area within 10 minutes of their aeroplane landing. A non EU National, with checked in luggage, may take 60 minutes. At the time of booking you will be prompted to select how many minutes after landing you wish your driver to start waiting for you at the meeting point.
2.4 For Airport pick-ups your fare includes 30 minutes of waiting time and the first £5 of the car park fee. We do not like to charge for extra waiting time or car park cost, so please indicate how many minutes after landing, you would like the waiting time to start from. For non-airport pick-ups, no waiting time is included in the fare, please make sure that you are ready for departure at the agreed time, or additional waiting time may be charged. Additional waiting time will be charge at a rate of £20 per hour pro rata and any car park cost over £5 will be added to your bill. If you wish, you may pay the driver cash for any extra charges incurred.
2.5 Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the UK and not your departing information. Often flights from USA and the Americas arrive the day after the departure date. This is your responsibility. Neither we nor the Supplier can be held responsible for incorrect information given by you.
2.6 We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a Supplier to every booking request. In the event that we are unable to accept your booking request we will send an email to advise you. An alternative may be offered which may include additional charges. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means ("Confirmation") to the e-mail address you have given us on ordering. If we fail to allocate a Supplier, we will of course give you a full refund.
2.7 You confirm that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Service from the Supplier will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Service. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with the Service. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the Confirmation on behalf of the Supplier who will the not perform the Service. We will advise you as soon as possible to the e-mail address you have given us if for any reason your booking has to be cancelled.
2.8 You are responsible for checking the details of the booking in booking confirmation we email to you. We will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is incorrect please inform us as soon as possible and we will amend your booking.

3 Performance
3.1 If your inbound flight is delayed, your Service will automatically be amended and your taxi will collect you at your revised time of arrival. We and or the Supplier will monitor all inbound flights.
4 Your responsibilities
4.1 If your flight is diverted, we recommend that you contact the Supplier as soon as possible who will book another taxi for you or may find an alternative Supplier. Please note that, subject to their terms and conditions, it is the responsibility of the airline to transport you to your original destination airport.
4.2 You are responsible for checking the details of the booking in booking confirmation we email to you. We will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is incorrect please inform us as soon as possible and we will amend your booking.
5 Tolls
5.1 Any Bridge/Road Tolls are not included in the instant online quotes. The driver will ask you for the money or we can take this from your card if you prefer. The most common tolls are; the Severn Crossing which costs approximately £5.70 for a car, the Dartford Crossing £1.50 for a car and the M6 Toll which costs approximately £5.30 for a car.
6 If you have a complaint
6.1 If you encounter a problem with the service provided, please inform us via telephone number 08454592690 or email at

, We also encourage you to compete our customer feedback form, which we will email to you shortly after you have travelled and we will immediately endeavour to investigate any matter with the Supplier on your behalf. Again, we do encourage our customers to complete the feedback request form, with good, bad or indifferent feedback. This enables us to monitor the standards of our Services and Suppliers.
7 Amendments to your booking
7.1 If you’re booking details change, you can amend your booking on-line up to 24 hours prior to your pickup time, subject to payment of any difference if applicable. Should you require your booking to be changed within 24 hours of your pick up time then you should contact the Supplier directly with any amendments.
7.2 If you request that the driver make any additional pickups/drop-offs on route not included in the original booking these will attract an additional £2 per stop. Should these additions to your transfer involve a detour from the original route and extra mileage, this will be charged at a rate of £1.20 per mile. You may pay the driver cash for these additions to the fare, or opt to have them charged to the credit/debit card used for the original booking. If an additional costs need to be charged to your credit/debit card there will be an administration of £2.00 + VAT, or 6% + VAT of the fare, whichever is the greater. Only the administration fee is liable to VAT, as the additional fare is paid to the driver, who is not registered for VAT.
8 Cancellation Policy
8.1 We will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 24 hours notice however there will be a £9 or 10% including VAT (whichever is higher) administration / transaction charge. The cancellation must be made via an email to which you will receive confirmation by us.
8.2 Less than 24 hours before your pickup time, you will need to contact the Supplier directly to cancel your booking. It is advisable to send us an email at

or contact us via telephone number 08454592690 as well. No refund is payable.
8.3 If you fail to cancel your booking, neither we nor the Supplier will know and so a car will be dispatched. You will be responsible any additional costs, i.e. waiting time and car parking costs.
9 Wheelchairs
9.1 Please inform us at the time of booking if any of the passengers are wheelchair users. Please also inform us as to whether the wheelchair is collapsible, so that we can ensure that the correct vehicle is booked to meet your needs.
10 Child seats
10.1 Children must use the correct child seat until they are 135cm tall or age 12 (whichever they reach first). They then must wear an adult seatbelt. It is the driver's responsibility to see that children are restrained correctly. However, there is an exemption for licensed vehicles, which can still carry children even if the correct child seat is not available.
10.2 Licensed vehicles are subject to the following rules:-
• Children under three, if in a licensed taxi/vehicle may travel unrestrained in the rear if no child seat is available.
• For children aged three and above, they must use an adult seatbelt, if no child seat is available or taken.
• Whether seated or on a parents lap, children/babies of all ages will still count towards the vehicle occupancy
11 Behaviour
11.1 The Supplier reserves the right within their reasonable discretion to terminate the transfer, if you or your party's conduct or behaviour is disruptive in any way and/or affects your safety or that of the driver of the vehicle. Neither us nor the Supplier accept liability for any extra costs incurred by you/or your party as a result of our doing so.
11.2 Passengers are not permitted to take alcoholic drinks onto the vehicles for the purpose of consuming them during the transfer journey. The Supplier further reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
12 Data Protection
12.1 For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, we are a data controller and we are fully PCI DSS Merchant Compliant. In order to process your booking we need to collect certain personal details from you. In order to process your order we may share your information with our Supplier. We will provide only the personal information necessary to ensure the successful fulfilment of your travel arrangements.
12.2 We will not pass any information on to any company and/or organisation not responsible for providing any part of your travel arrangements.
13 Availability of the Services
13.1 We accept no liability for any costs, losses or damages resulting from or related to the purchase or attempted purchase of a Service.
14 Liability
14.1 Neither we nor the Supplier accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. not enough time allowed for the journey, traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
14.2 Force majeure means that neither we nor the Supplier will pay compensation if we have to cancel or change the service because of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, but are not limited to, accidents and related delays, unplanned marches, demonstrations and organised disruption, police operations, unforeseen road hazards, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions.
15 Note
15.1 We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of our website will be governed by version. You must check terms and conditions on website regularly. The terms governing the purchase of any Service will be the terms in place at the time of your order.
15.2 If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then regrettably you may not place an order via our website.
