UKTaxi.com ensures that its supply chain is meticulously monitored and ensures all of its outsourced operators conform to the company’s high standards of business practice and mandatory operating ethics. The company is able to monitor the compliance and operations of all its providers by way of supplier accreditations and quarterly auditable checks to ensure that standards are maintained at all times.
All the drivers we use are licensed professionals. They and their cars are thoroughly vetted by the local government authority in the area from which they operate. This includes a range of checks from; CRB verification, working history, reference check to industry testing such as the ‘knowledge’ as a minimum.
In addition to the above, UKTaxi.com monitors each driver’s performance, through the feedback request forms, we encourage all our customers to complete after each journey. We expect the highest standards of professionalism from our drivers/providers at all times. If your driver meets your expectations, tell us and we will share that positive feedback with our provider. If he or she falls short of your expectations, let us know how. UKTaxi.com strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and will take any failures in achieving that very seriously. Should we fail to meet any expectation, then UKTaxi.com will investigate the matter in full and apply/implement the relevant disciplinary procedure/measure to ensure that it does not happen again.
